Interview
I went through 3 stages of interviews:
The first one was an online test where you video recorded yourself responding to questions asked, some basic knowledge technical questions (2 questions in total), for which you had small timeframe to 'get ready' to answer (so you wouldn't have time to search for them online, for example).
The second one was a series of online tests, including IQ tests, reading comprehension tests, personality tests and simple mathematical questions.
The third one was a real-time technical interview with 3 software engineers from the company, where they would ask more in-depth questions. All in all, they seemed very nice, the interviews went smoothly, the staff was nice and organized, and it was a fun experience.

Question 1
On the surface level technical questions, from the first interview, one question they asked was 'what is unit testing'. At the third interview, obviously the knowledge barrier needed to be steeper, which makes sense.

It was lengthy and demanding. Aptitude tests were required and also peer-interviews before the final stage with the hiring manager. It matched the requirements of the role, the environment was also great.

Interview
The interview is constructed by 4 parts.
1)Phone call for 45 minutes with an HR employee described the company.
2) A psychometric test.
3)A homework with a python project,SQL queries, and log file analysis.
4) 45 minute talking with a senior developer who explained me what was needed to do to make the tasks refered on section 3 perfect.
