Interview
Initial phone interview from the recruiting department to determine culture fit, an additional phone call from VP of department to determine some level of skills and to validate culture fit. On-site interview with the sales leadership as well as all of the ADM managers.

Interview
Had an initial call with the recruiter Who then put me forward to Workfront. Spoke to manager of the ADM’s Who was really friendly and put me at ease. She then asked to meet me face to face to show me around the office and meet some of the team, then the final step was to meet the marketing director.
