I applied through university. I interviewed at Workiva (Houston, TX) in Feb 2022
Interview
Good group of people. Very open about the role and expectations. Had good questions prepared for me based on experience for the job and interest in position. Gave good feedback and set appropriate expectations.

Question 1
Describe how you would position our services with a financial officer to get a meeting based on what you know today? How about a controller? Legal?
Multiple interviews with all levels of leadership, mid, senior and VP of Sales. Of course, have to get through HR screening as well which is pretty basic. Interview questions are all about current and past experience and how you would transfer your knowledge. No trap setting questions, more about culture fit as well as aptitude for job

Question 1
Share experience and sales that I wanted to highlight.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Workiva (Des Moines, IA) in Jan 2022
Interview
The whole process took 5 weeks. Recruiter reaches out, weeks go by and I receive an email to schedule an interview with hiring manager. The hiring manager didn’t sell the position to well and after interviewing I was ghosted like many people have said here until I reached out for a follow up. There was no offer, no surprise there but really unprofessional experience with the company. You can find a better company that cares and is really diverse.
