Interview
1. Called by Talent Acquisition, for screening interview of 30 mins. Basic questions, salary, review of the role.. 2. Met with Hiring Manager for 30 mins. Was asked a machine gun list of questions to see if I connected with the list of requirements. 3. met wtih Hiring Manager's manager and direct peer/colleague as a vetting to see if I met standards as it seems hiring manager was not allowed to hire who they thought was adequate.

Interview
First I had a call with HR, and I felt it was pretty standard. The second interview was with the hiring manager who I would have reported to, and she asked a lot of technical questions related to my experience. After that, I received an email that told me I was not a fit. The entire process was professional, and I felt like they were respectful. I ended up finding out later from a friend that works there that they ended up not hiring for the position.
