A Frustrating and Disrespectful Recruitment Process
The process starts off well, giving the impression of a genuine hiring effort. The initial interview with a recruiter is followed by a second interview with a team member. However, after that, complete silence. Follow-ups via email—whether to the recruiter or the interviewers—are ignored.
It’s a total waste of time and a highly unprofessional experience. To add to the frustration, they require candidates to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), likely just a formality to tick a compliance box. In the end, the role often goes to an internal candidate.
A disappointing and disrespectful approach to recruitment.
