I received a email letting me know I am selected for an interview 2 weeks before the date of the interview. The email gave details on the venue and time of the interview. The recruitment panel included 4 people asking different questions including technical and behavior questions. At the end of the panel the manager asked me if I have a question for the panel

Panel interview four panelists. Three technical questions and one hr type question. Short answers and then a second round where they follow up asking for more details. The interview took place online.

Is globalization good or bad for the global economy
Interview with 4 people based around the world including administrative person. Each person had at least 2 questions with most questions coming from the manager. Questions were technical in nature but also included at least one round of questioning on soft skills.
