Interview
First there was a test which was technically related to the position and then there was a structured interview with a panel of 4 members and an additional 1 was my supervisor. The panel is from other departments other than HR. They all rate the answers based on a pre-agreed interview guide. 50% weight-age was for test and 50% for interview.
