I applied online, and it took a while for them to get back to me. They did, by e-mail. Before the interview, I had to do a test in two hours. it consisted of two questions: to draft a press release and another one to write a one-pager about a certain project.

Very professional panel of interviewers. The HR gave proper briefing before the interview started and standard criteria on panel interviewers' papers has been followed throughout the interview. Panel was comprised of the supervising manager, HR represrntative, representative from the regional headquarters via skype, and another manager whose team will often work with your team.
