Was asked to do a written test one month after I applied. I passed the test and was asked to do a phone interview with a panel one week later. Then was offered the position one week later.

They asked about my background and motivation for working with WFP and what I knew about them. Also wanted to know how my skills/strengths and how it relates to the position.
