Process was super long and HR staff is inexperieced and unprofessional. Process took more than 3 months. After moving thru 4 rounds of interviews, they went ghost and I never heard back from them. Stay away from this organization. While they have a great mission, they clearly don't value candidates or employees considering their low pay and unprofessional hiring practices. This is the type of organization you only work for if you are desperate and have no other options. No wonder why their turnover is so high.
