The interview process was quite structured. Started with a written test administered virtually, then an oral interview with a panel of 3. The process was okay, but for the unfortunate ghosting. It was very unfortunate that such an organization can ghost candidates. Simple courtesy of feedback to candidates was not their vocabulary aven after the two intense interviews. Then the communication also takes very long between first and second interview. To make it worse, a follow up on the outcome of the interview goes unresponsed.
