The interview process has been great! very smooth, very quick, no unnecessary overhead.
The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, the day after I had a Skype call, two days after they had me fly over to on-site interviews, and the next day got the contract.

Had a remote chat with one of the CTO's advisors from California, where I had to talk him through past projects I have done, review the architecture, explain the pros and cons of each and every one of them.
I was challenged about many of the different parts of the platform.
