I arrived on the job site, the supervisor showed me the job site. He explained the project goals. He asked if i could run equipment. He took me and several other people over to an empty field we rolled around in the trucks and a few other vehicles. The supervisor hired me on the spot.

Found the ad on website and had to make two phone calls and an e-mail before I was able to make contact. After making contact I was called to the job site where it was very informal and quick.
