The owner seemed very excited to meet me, the process was moving along very quickly, the interview went great. I was lead to believe I would be getting an offer. After leaving the interview, every time I would follow up they said they were on "Hold" and to check back a week later. Essentially, I never even received a response at all. After taking time away from my job to go interview, I at least would expect the decency of a decline letter.
