Question 1
How would you deal with a disappointed customer that would like their issue to be resolved in an instant?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Wundermart (Amsterdam) in Jun 2025
Interview
The process started with a Teams call, after which I went into the office and met with two controllers, who I spoke with for about two hours. I then had a Teams call with the other financial administrator before returning to the office. The following day, I had a call with one of the co-owners (it was originally planned with both, but only one joined). After that, I came into the office again, where I was formally hired by the financial director, who is also the manager I’ve mentioned. Finally, I met with HR, and the next day I received the offer.

Question 1
What’s the thing you’ve done that you’re most proud of?
I applied online. I interviewed at Wundermart (Amsterdam) in Oct 2024
Interview
The first interview was online, and it was pleasant, conversational and welcoming. I had a good feeling about it overall.
When we reached the end of our conversation, he PROMISED me he would let me know if I moved to the next round within 3-5 working days. It's been 5 weeks. I sent an e-mail asking for an update - no response. I sent a 2nd one with an emoji (what's there to lose?) - nothing.
Please don't waste our time in this very difficult job market. This looks just as bad on YOU as a company and how you recruit.
SHAMEFUL.
