I did a phone screen then moved on with an interview with a manager. Never heard back after the interview with the manager. In my opinion I dodged a bullet. The interviewer was both condesending and immature - commenting about personal things such as my age and that career growth prospects would be squashed because he wasn't quitting anytime soon.
