XANT interview questions

Applied online. Was contacted by HR pretty quickly. Had three rapid fire interviews over Zoom/Phone (HR, Team manager, senior data scientist). The manager interview mostly consisted of me listening to a presentation on the company business-speak. The interview with the senior data scientist was heavily focused on my graduate research from five years ago. Maybe one question or two on my actual current work. This all took about one week. Was told they wanted to move quickly on the hire. Never heard back. Contacted HR after two weeks. Was told the data science team was being reorganized. (Wait, you did not know about that when I interviewed before?) I waited a bit longer. Still have not heard back (two months later). Not expecting to hear back. XANT seems very scattered and unsure of who the person in charge is. This is essentially InsideSales.com, just with new lipstick. But the same issues persist.
