      Sales Interview

      6 Jul 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at XL.net in Jun 2016

      Interview

The interview was good and informative. You start out with a phone interview. Questions about your work history are discussed, along with what your future goals/plans are. Some of questions focused around values and what kind of company culture I was used to. How I would interact in small groups, large groups. It is very laid back and she made me feel very comfortable, but questions did get a bit harder. I felt like I failed because I did not have my exact sales quotes and highlights of my accomplishments. Which now I will learn and never forget again. She was very direct about what the job would entail and what to expect. She answered all my questions and told me to connect with her if i thought of anything else. After the interview a follow-up email was sent to me thanking me for my time
