I have found the whole process very enjoyable! from being hooked by the endearing but professional advert to the enthusiastic and prompt follow up of my application through to the arrangement of interviews. Quite informal interviews which covered all role & experience criteria but what was invaluable, was the feeling of open & honest communications being able to see the team dynamics which allowed me to consider how i would fit in.
