Want to make sure you are sharp and have good business aptitude. Be sure to review the logistics industry and XPOs different business segments. Understand excel and operations management concepts. Read up on current logistics trends such as white glove delivery.
Conducted through Zoom. Went through 2 stages of interview. First stage was exploring of submitted resume was more to know you as a person. 2nd stage was how you can contribute to the company. Potential interest in supply chain industry eg pursuing a module/career in supply chain

Basic questions about your resume. How you can contribute
I sent in a resume and heard back in a few months. I was contacted by a recruiter. They had me interview with the team which was about 6 people including the hiring manager.
Receiving an phone interview after attending career fair in college in a month ago. The interview lasts about 30 minutes. Most of questions are easy and general, nothing technical.
