5 hour interview after applying on line. Must drive during interview.(road test) very nice people just typical job in the ltl. If new to ltl might be stressful have 15 yrs so was like walking the dog.

Easy came in interview on a Monday got to work on a Wednesday trained for two days was on my own by next Monday drove night Linehaul drove 875 miles because I'm at bottom of list based of seniority

quick phone interview followed by driving assessment. Pass that and they give you a start date. You learn the route with another driver and once confident, youre on your own.
