Chris Cabrera (CEO) came into my class at Santa Clara University as a speaker in my Entrepreneurship class -- I chased him out of the class and asked him for a referral to Xactly. Less than 48 hours later, a recruiter had reached out to set up an interview.
Great experience all around -- spoke with my direct report, members of the CAM team, VP and CSO. My recruiter (Emily Rubalcava) was attentive, informative, and knowledgeable. It felt like they were absolutely putting their best foot forward in terms of the recruiting and interview process.
Accepted an offer three weeks later.

Interview
Comfortable, easy to answer questions. Definitely was looking to see if I would fit in the position and the culture at the company. Multiple interviewers can be intimidating but the interviewers made the process very comfortable.
