Recruiter contacted me on LinkedIn and messaged me about the opportunity. He clearly went through the job description, the process and booked me in for a call with the manager. I had a positive call with the hiring manager and then completed the online aptitude test. I was a bit nervous at first but the recruiter sent me some tips and helpful videos. I passed the aptitude tests and met with a few members of the team which resulted in an offer. I was really pleased with the outcome and the whole process, everything was clear and concise and I feel really confident with the company and team that I will be joining. I am excited to be joining Xactly Corp and also want to give a massive shout out to the recruiter as he really demonstrated the values of the company as well as showing empathy and professionalism.
