After the second stage of the interview process, the recruiter never followed up and ignored multiple emails trying to schedule the next round, which Xactly had assured me they were excited to move me onto quickly.
If I didn't pass the interview that's fine, but that should be communicated professionally rather than lying about next steps and ignoring emails and hoping the 'hard' conversation goes away. Especially bad because the recruiter headhunted me to begin with when I was not actively looking
Thoroughly unimpressed by the lack of professionalism. A complete waste of time.

Had an initial conversation with a recruiter, ended up that the position was put on hold. No follow up from recruiter so was not the best experience. Salary proposed was low for an experienced hire compared to industry standard - $100K + 20% possible commission.
