During the starting of the process HR didn't clear the complete process. The process was as follows:
1) HackerEarth round (I cleared)
2) Then Two Technical rounds (I cleared)
3) One coding round, in which I need to code in Java8, Spring Boot, with Junit, Sonar, Docker (I cleared)
4) Techno-Managerial Round (I cleared)
5) 1 More technical discussion (I cleared)
6) 10 hour programming test (with test cases, Docker, Design patterns etc etc). (as per SonarQube report - Code quality was passed, without any Vulnerabilities/Security concern)
They give me feedback after follow-up as “Code was of poor quality, incomplete functionalities, and no automation testing” in which around 20+test cases were written, and no functionality was left.
Beware of them, they either don't have budget or intention, just wasting the time of others

I applied through a staffing agency. There were 2 rounds, a technical round for an hour followed by another round with the Management. It took 1 week for the procees.

Question 1
Questions were asked on Spring boot, Design patterns, Java8 functionalities, AWS services and one coding exercise.
Very bad pre interview experience. After this I made my decision not to be interviewed or join Xebia ever. Had received a call from a HR from Xebia for Mumbai location. I said I won't be interested to apply with Xebia at the moment. On which the HR got angry and started arguing with me. He even threatened me to give the names of the people who are not aware of Xebia as an organization as he is working with Xebia since 6 years. After a lot of argument I said I don't want to fight and joining Xebia is not in my interest at the moment. It was a very bad first impression about the culture. This shows how an employee will be treated after joining. I will personally stay away from here. HRs must know that getting the candidate for a position and scheduling interviews is also part of the company interview process and this shows about the company's culture.
Received a call from the consultant and interview was scheduled. Consultant asked me to join 10 mins early and nobody joined the call except me. I waited for 15 mins and then called the consultant. He said he will ask someone to join but nobody did. Even the xebia HR didn’t joined the call and neither replied to my email.
