My interview experience with Xenonstack was very disappointing. The HR initially called me to discuss my previous job roles and responsibilities, and then scheduled my technical interview for the next day. During the technical round, the HR joined the call and asked me to wait for a few minutes for the technical interviewer to join. However, the technical person never showed up. Instead, the HR asked me the same questions about my roles and responsibilities that were asked in the initial call. They also inquired about my family background and then said they would schedule another call. The next day, I received a rejection email.
