YDesign Group Customer Service Representative interview questions

I was contacted my HR and had a phone interview on the spot. The next step was to meet the manager of customer service. The manager of customer service was great. He asked some challenging questions but overall it felt more like a conversation and less like an interview. The interview went so well I was offered a job right on the spot.
