Interview
The process was managed by a headhunter, so it was not that indicative of the company. The interview felt more like a conversation that I enjoyed, but the job, the location and the product were not a fit for me. They told the recruiter they were interested but were having money issues so hiring was on hold. This was kind of annoying b/c I drove really far for the interview. I wasn't sure it was a fit anyway so decided it was a good experience and left it at that.

Interview
Early interviewing happened through a headhunter, so the first in person interview was already with a high up director and we were able to have a very easy thorough conversation about the industry. It was a great conversation, but shortly after showing interest in pursuing me the company took a different direction and decided not to hire.
