Phone, then in-house. The first part of the process was the screening with HR, then it moved on to the rest. They warned about a lot of technical debt, and asked if I could put up with a lot of legacy systems.

Interview
The interview was straight forward. We discussed about my education and personal projects. The interview also focused on Java and databases, and a few other web application concepts. At the end, the interviewers showed me the Nordelec office and introduced me to the team.

I got the interview after 2 weeks I sent my resume. The project manager and lead developer conducted the interview, the project manager would ask some basic questions first, then the lead developers asked some technical questions
