The interview process is worst. The process took almost 4 months. Started in July and ended in september. Completed all the 6 rounds in 3 months. Had salary discussion, team allocation discussion and fitment as well. And kept on following the HR for the offer letter and always use to get reply from HR as he himself don't know when he would get the approval. and one day he told offer letter can't be released due to changes in team structure.
But after few days, in Linkedin they have updated the opening for same position. Initially I ignored as it's not worth to discuss further since they are unprofessional, but on seeing the reviews for the same position felt to post the same experience.
Hr was trying to convince by saying this is the package wat other people are getting in other companies and even he was comparing with manual testers and service base company folks.
First thing package should be decided based on the skillset and experience. Experience is not only the deciding factor. If so people don't join product company.
Advise to HR and company is decide the budget and skillset and then take the interview. Simply don't waste the time.
