      Online Distribution Account Manager Interview

      23 Oct 2015
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Yota in Oct 2015

      Interview

I got contacted by Yota's HR directly, had a brief telephone interview, then agreed on scheduling a Skype call. The company was surveying the market in search of someone pro-active and enthusiastic (even at the cost of required experience). The interview itself was quite ordinary - few questions about my experience, achievements, why I wanted to join the company, etc. Then received an email the following day saying that I might not be the candidate they are looking for and that was it.
