YouGov Software Developer interview questions

I know It's more common than ever HR's ghosting candidates, but why this keeps happening even after an arranged interview? I had a pleasent and promising interview with HR, which took aproximately 35 minutes, The interviewer said they would give a response in two-three days but I got absolutely ghosted. This is so disrespectful. The candidate has to arrange free time, even with another job, to take an interview and you wont be able to return even a single e-mail? This is so disrespectful.

The best interviews I ever had. Recruiter was super positive and really well prepared for our meeting - something you do not see often. She walked me through the interview process, shared lots of info about the company and role, then asked me some tech stuff, motivation, start date etc. The first meeting lasted about 25-30 mins. After this meeting, I got a challenge on Github and then had a 1 hour tech discussion with the Polish Team. Recruiter always kept me updated, answered all my emails same day and gave me lots of tips on how to succeed through interviews. Thanks, you do a good job!
