YouGov Technical Support Associate interview questions

I spoke with my interviewer and got insight about the company and the open position. I agreed to do a technical test covering 1 PDF document with XML-related questions and one Excel file with tasks to solve. I solved both of them and submitted my answer. Then I got ghosted by my interviewer. Not very professional, and it has discouraged me from seeking jobs from this company.
