Youth Employment Services YES interview questions

About an hour with two managers, virtually. Way too long and repetitive, and the questions were often hyper-specific to the company that they didn't elaborate on much when asked for clarification, as they were clearly just reading off a sheet of questions with no real engagement or back and forth with me. Then they ghosted me despite my follow up emails (illegal as of Jan 1, 2026 in Ontario!). For a company that is built on supporting job-seekers, this is really inexcusable. I also asked about what their training process is like and they said "we don't really train, we kind of just expect you to be able to do the job". Yikes!
