Youth Fusion interview questions

I first went through a telephone screening where we went over the job description and I was asked a series of questions about myself and why I am applying for this position. After being called back for a second interview, the questions were now scenario-based questions that required on the spot thinking and instincts.

I had a group interview (it was me and another candidate interviewing at the same time). They asked us to fill up a questionnaire by hand, and we followed by a few other live questions. Lastly we were given a scenario and we had 10 minutes to come up with a plan on how to handle the scenario.
