Online application before the beginning of the school year, phone interview then in-person group interview, reference check and background check. Typical interview questions plus child safety and roleplay exercises with the other candidates and staff members.

I had a group interview (it was me and another candidate interviewing at the same time). They asked us to fill up a questionnaire by hand, and we followed by a few other live questions. Lastly we were given a scenario and we had 10 minutes to come up with a plan on how to handle the scenario. Our scenario was "plan the very first day of activities, where you introduce the students to the project)
