1. Superfluous 2. The interviewer mentioned that it wasn't a good fit during our phone conversation, so I appreciated their directness. But throughout this process, I sensed that this person didn't pull my resume for review. 3. The interviewer's tone in their opening statement was a study in frozen insincerity. We weren't going to connect at any level and the interviewer made that very clear early on. 4. The interviewer mentioned YG was " looking for someone with very different experiences." So contacting me seemed superfluous. 5. The interviewer asked me to describe experiences that were not on my resume. So I wondered whether this person either (1) didn't review my resume or (2) wanted to make me feel uncomfortable. I sure hope it was the former and not the latter. 6. The interviewer called me at the scheduled time. 7. The turnaround time was less than one week. 8. This appeared to be a nuts and bolts data entry, entry-level job
