Interview
They will ask you how you've handled dealing with children that are at risk or with aggressive behaviors. Will also ask about ways you've contributed to the community through children. They also drug screen and have an extensive background check.

Have you ever worked with at risk youth? And did you feel comfortable conducting your job appropriately.
Easy zoom interview with director of hire. Answer a couple questions and ask as well. Once the interview is done, you’ll get emailed an offer letter and go from there.

No bad, very straightforward, Kaitlyn is very professional and kind. I’ve been in the company for over 10 years. I do recommend to new people to take your PTO, rest days are a must to avoid getting burn out. I love my job but it can be exhausting working with teens. So, take care of yourself and schedule your time off.
