I had two video interviews and a assignment. Everyone is very friendly, but the feeling is that they don't know how exactly to looking for the right specialist. They will also give you a fairly large assignment for the interview process, companies now rarely give such tasks, and if they do, they pay for it, since you will solve the problems that are necessary for the business and this requires your professional time. After completing the assignment, they did not even bother to contact me to say whether they want to continue the process or not, this is very unprofessional and not polite, especially after the candidate has done the work for you, you should respect the candidate and even if you decide not to go with him further, at least give feedback

Reached out by in-house recruiter about position. Met with two directors through video. Meeting went great, moved on to the next step of doing a presentation. Presentation guidelines were extensive. Be prepared to do a lot of work.
