In office first interview went well. Then they followed up with a text for second interview and availability. I gave a response and I never heard from them again. Very unprofessional.
I applied online. I interviewed at ZAGG (Midvale, UT) in Jun 2025
Interview
I had an initial phone interview with a recruiter, they invited me to the next interview step. I asked to reschedule my interview and never hear back. I followed up via email and phone still not response. I let a few weeks go by and noticed the position was still posted. I followed up again through a few channels and no response. After reading the reviews I'm grateful I didn't hear back.
First interview was with HR Manager and a senior team member, more of a broad interview to assess cultural fit and basic questions about background/experience. Second interview was with team manager and supply chain director which was more technical and competency based questions followed by opportunity to ask questions at the end.
