I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at ZS Associates (New Delhi) in Jul 2018
Interview
Step 1: online test conducted by hirepro
Average difficulty.
Step 2: case study.
You are given a 8-10 page make-believe case study with information about the company.
There are a few quantitative questions. There's usually a catch here, if you get it-great! If you don't, skip it.
Followed by strategy questions. (How to increase sales or profit, etc)
You have to complete about 10 questions in 25-30 minutes, which can be a challenge.
You don't necessarily have to solve everything as long as you are able to explain your understanding in the next round.
Stage 3: case interview
You have explain your answers from previous rounds in this round. Just be expressive!
If you couldn't solve questions in the previous round, this is a good opportunity to think out loud.
Approach is what matters.
This is a major elimination round.
Stage 4: Guesstimates and puzzles. Get creative. These are not the puzzles you'll find online, so prepare well.
Study your CV well.
Approach needs to be on point!
Stage 5: final round with the AP!
Basic HR round. Situational HR questions. Might have Guesstimates.
Stage 2 to 4 happened all on the same day for a few people.
For others, 3 and 4 happened over call.
Sometimes it takes over 2 months to get back to you with the results of stage 1. They called me after 2 months!

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
gestimation about online shows and platforms and how much they make
First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
