Consisted of 3 rounds. First was basic Aptitude, some business problems, and JAM. Then came case study round in which we were given a particular case followed some questions. And lastly the final HR round. All of these rounds were eliminator so had to take care of them.

JAM consisted of Guesstimates and some hypothetical questions that may be present in anyone's case.
The Questions from Case study round was particularly for the case given followed up by some Aptitude and Guesstimates.
The Questions on HR round was typically HR based nothing sort of related to coding.
Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
The interview process was condensed to interviews, both split between a behavioral section and case study section. For the case studies they do require you to read many charts and graphs.
