Arrived early and waited. The HR seems like a big decision maker. In general, it was a good experience to practice interview skills. Many technical questions. It was a small company with a big background and support team in China.

The interview consisted of a panel representing cross functional areas of the business to review and discuss business and technical experience in the industries served. As part of this process a general presentation of the company was made.
Additionally, the regional manager of the business asked many highly technical product and process related questions to determine my competence and experience in the company's product line.
