They gave us a presentation of the company and what working there would be like and opened the floor to questions from us. They were very friendly and welcoming about it too.

Question 1
It was a presentation more than a personal interview.
There is one mass interview, which is a PowerPoint presentation, where they talk about the company. After that you book a time for a mass interview where they have question answer sessions.

Interview
First step was a live webinar rather than an interview. Second step was personal interview with another candidate. Was then connected to another person and asked to sign up for life insurance class right away.
