Applied on Indeed in May, was reached out to in August to see if still interested. Interview scheduled in August. Basic panel interview, except that you talked with one person at a time. 2 hour total interview. First person meant to introduce company, second person meant to get to know you, 3rd to help you understand the role, 4th to ask remaining questions. The interviewers were definitely charismatic and bold about the company,, almost seemed like they were trying to sell Zachry to me. I was a little tired by the 4th guy, sure, so I didn't really ask him too many questions. I must have missed something though, since he gave me his cell phone in case I had more questions.
A big thing they emphasized was how we are also interviewing the company when they interview us. I never heard back after my interview, and if we are interviewing a company as a potential job, Zachry has failed my interview. Ghosting a candidate is a failure. Don't ghost candidates, face me and reject me! I understand that we should all pretend that we didn't get the job after an interview unless we get an actual offer, but come on, don't act like you care about your potential hires if you don't.
