I completed the interview process and spent a good amount of time creating a ZAP as requested. The response I got was totally scripted and I'm not sure why Zapier is wasting time it the job posting is a standing job listing. Please do not waste candidates time and send a CANNED response. Either remove the job listing from your website else provide feedback why you don't want to proceed.

The interview process was like any other interview—you submit your application, receive a notification for an interview, etc. The one thing I liked is the ease of scheduling for that interview. You provide a set of availabilities from which the interviewer will confirm. Far easier than a back-and-forth thread just to confirm availability.

HR screen followed by a 90 minute skills interview. Spend some time filling out the initial form with thoughtful answers. Skills test can be hard so come in prepared. No feedback if you’re rejected.
