I applied in store and was contacted for an interview a week later. It was during the holiday season so it was a group interview format. I made sure to be the one to answer most questions first in order to not come off as repetitive of other responses. I was contacted for the job offer a few days later and accepted.

I had a group interview. They just ask generally used questions in an interview( weakness and strength). I got hired on the spot, but this may not be the case most of the time,

It was a new store opening, they needed a large amount of employees and needed them fast. They did group interviews throughout the day. They would ask questions to the group and people who wanted to answer the question would raise their hand and reply.

Very easy going, I applied through seek and was given an email in response. I was put in an interview with 3 other people and 2/3 received the offer. They asked about previous work experience and availability for work.
