I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Zara
Interview
Easy interview where they asked about me and my experience. They went through my education and experience. The interview process didn’t continue beacon I didn’t have experience in the products the buyer position was for
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Zara (A Coruña) in Oct 2020
Interview
They ask why you want to work at ZARA, what your hobbies are, how much you know about the origin/history of the company (inditex, europe, etc.), where you see yourself in 5 years career-wise, where fashion fits into your life - is it something you are passionate about or a side hobby, whether you are going to take this job as a learning experience or as a stepping stone to a future in fashion, and to describe a time at one of your old jobs (they will indicate from your resume) where you found yourself in a conflict with your peers or manager and what you did to solve it.

Question 1
Where do you see yourself in 5 years' time?
What are your strengths?
When have you completed a difficult, time-sensitive task whilst under pressure?
I applied online. I interviewed at Zara (A Coruña) in Sept 2018
Interview
The process was "short": 3 interviews in a period of one month and half.
A) Hhrr B) hhrr & direct manager C) hhrr & direct manager & division top manager
The process can be long as a half a year or in another urgent cases question of a month for very clear positions or spaces. From my experience, the role is never well defined and what the job description is, as in Zara they like to observe the employees some weeks and after re decide again.
Interviews are about personality in order to check how could you fit in the team and how you can manage stress or rushing environments; and also regarding proper tasks about the role opened.
