1st round was with HR. Went rather pleasantly. HR promoted the job as a consultant role.
2nd round with CTO. Interview was mainly for the CTO to describe the 'vision' of Zenika and to see if you are of the same mind. There does not seem to be a clear 'vision' even. Role is pegged as a consultant but what you will actually do is to be seconded to a client and work on their project as a full fledged developer as part of the client's team. In fact, the CTO himself stressed that this job is not a consultant.
Left the interview confused and with low confidence of the company.

Interview
The hiring was a 3 stage process:
1. First interview with HR.
- Get to know more about yourself and the company.
2. Second Interview with two developers panel.
- Lots of technical questions.
- Tests on your capability to explain about the technical aspects.
3. Pair programming at the third stage.
- Test your coding skills on a problem.
