The process had 5 steps:
1. Phone screening with the recruiter.
2. On-site interview (1h) with HR and hiring manager. Relaxed and friendly interview with a mix of introduction to the role, company, candidate background, and leadership style discussion with a quick tour of the office afterward.
3. Next stage was a personality test and review with the recruiter remotely.
4. On-site interview (90min) with HR, hiring manager plus two other employees close to the role. Unstructured interview, a friendly, relaxed, and casual discussion format. In preparation for the interview I was asked to prepare a system design case example of my choosing (5-10min), rest of the time was spent on a round table with questions from interviewers. Deep dive into personality test. Enough time to ask your questions.
5. Few days later I was asked to schedule calls with my references. I was ghosted by the company after providing contacts.
